Description
Death Note's story is about a prodigy named Light, who happens to come across a notebook, that is owned by a Shinigami (death god) named Ryuk. This notebook, has a mysterious power. When you write a human's name in it, within 40 seconds they will die. You can choose to tell how they die, or if you leave it blank, they will die of a heart attack. Thus Light who has become disgusted of the world, decides to change it for the better. He starts a campaign to rid the world of crime. But what sacrifices will Light give to obtain his new world?

Very good in most parts but it failed on some areas which i will not discuss due to some spoiler issues. But still this anime is good to be made in a live action movie.

The sub for ep 28 pretty much sucks. Not that it could be wrong or anything, i don’t know japanese so i wouldn’t know :P But the english is really poor, they should at least get someone to correct it a bit.
10/10 better than a lot of other anime
This is one of the best anime I’ve seen in my time yet. It has an interesting plot to it and keeps your mind completely absorbed inside it with all it’s twists and methods the main characters use to try and outwit their enemies with.
10/10 It’s one of the best out of every anime i have watched.
why is ep 15 unavailable!???

This is one of the best animes ive seen. Haha it must be pretty good if they made a movie to :) But Light should of killed them all!!
pretty good anime — good story and fast progression.. really pulls/sucks you in! except for near the middle where it goes into a slump.. but then it picks back up again! i totally recommend this to anyone ^_^
the best ive seen in my life. also the number one political / anime related campaign you will ever see IN YOUR LIFE. trust me.

its good because its unique that it follows a evil person, few animes are this good
