We've been lacking on staff lately, so I would like to create a new thread with new requirements.

• Basic Requirements:
  
  * At least 15 years of age.
  * 1 month of registration.
  * At least 10 posts
  * Have basic understanding of anime.
  * Active 10+ hours a week.
  * Lots of patience.
  * Good Internet communication skills.
  * Getting IRC. We use IRC for meetings, site stuff, and training of new recruits. If you don't have this, you aren't getting hired. You do not have to be on it all the time, but you must be on it for training and staff meetings.
  * Serious applicants only!

If you feel that you qualify but do not meet the registration requirement, just apply anyways. We'll give everybody a chance to prove themselves with a preliminary...
