We're really understaffed right now. In order to give all applicants a chance, I've removed the post and registration requirements. All applicants will be put through a screening process to see if they qualify.

Seed Managers - basically the maintenance crew. They fix broken episodes, add new episodes and/or moderate the site.

* At least 15 years of age.
* Have basic understanding of anime.
* Active 10+ hours a week.
* Lots of patience.
* Good Internet communication skills.
* Getting IRC. We use IRC for meetings, site stuff, and training of new recruits. If you don't have this, you aren't getting hired. You do not have to be on it all the time, but you must be on it for training and staff meetings.
