Netto and his friends have returned to Japan after their adventures in Beyondard, but not all is at peace. A mysterious professor is spreading the Zero Virus in order to revive Beyondard’s fallen cyber beast. Meanwhile, a program known as Cache is creating phantom copies of Net Navis in order to archive the internet and eventually, the entire world. Beast+ continues where Beast left off to bring more obscure characters and concepts from the video-games into the spotlight before the finale and transition to Shooting Star Rockman (set 100 years into the future).
