When a ship carrying android is being attacked, KOS-MOS gets activated and save its creator, Shion Uzuki. But KOS-MOS doesn't want to listed her orders and executes some unknown plan. After their ship destroyed Shion and her companions find themselves thrust into the middle of a battle with Gnosis, U-TIC Organization and their own superiors. Battle with no clear sides...

The main character, Watanuki Kimihiro, is a high school student who has the ability to see what other people can't see. He has been suffering from it. One day, he happens to enter a shop. The owner, Yuko, can grant anything one wishes for if he/she can pay enough for it. Thus, Kihimiro began to work as a part-timer in consideration for being granted his wish.

Still working to get his wish complete, Watanuki finds himself into more mess than he can handle when certain facts about his everyday life gets revealed and when he needs to learn the lesson of Yuuko the hard way.

Yûko receives an invitation for the opening of an auction from a mysterious unknown sender. Likewise, fanatical collectors are summoned to an old mansion whose owner doesn't make an appearance. One after another, each collector disappears and a number of other strange occurrences happen during the night. The questions of what exactly it is that's being auctioned and who the owner of the mansion is must be solved in order for Yûko and Watanuki to get to the bottom of this.
