Sig of the Month Discussion Thread

The idea of starting a graphics contest came across and before things get started, an interest check is necessary.

The general rules would go something along these lines:

- More than four people must commit to participate in order for the contest to take place. If not enough people sign up, that month's contest will simply be skipped.
- The theme would be chosen by the previous contest's winner. If the winner doesn't declare a new theme within three days or is undecided, it will be chosen by the Graphics Club owner (myself) or co-owner (geon02file).

Now for more specific rules:

1. Max sig size: Forum max 500 x 150
2. Time to submit: 20 days
3. Time to vote: 7 days (which leaves about 3 days to decide on a new theme)
4. No late entries. Once the submissions thread is closed, it's closed.

Voting rules:
1. Anyone with rank Member or higher can vote.
2. Votes like "It's nice" or "I like that character" don't count. You must have a substantial opinion to go along with your vote for it to count.
3. Mods (who can reply to locked threads) cannot vote after a thread is closed.
