(Ok...Ok before I go on to my review. I would like you all to know, Its been a while since ive done one of these and im going to do this one, ALOT diffarant than any others. Please Pm, Me and tell me how I did

My Review:Its a never ending battle, One that must to on...and on...and on...and on... A battle that continues on forever.In the Beginning The Black samurai who wears the number one headband is concidered a god.Than we see him, A old looking man who carries two guns. The black samurai tells his son to stay behind, than battle wages...than...BOOM.

The black samurai's head is severed off and the black samurai guy is dead.
Heh..If I had to tell you what this movie is like. I just couldnt find the words for it. Its like a never ending whirlwind of hell, One that is blazing towards angry dragons. If I may quote the little girl from American Tv show drak and Josh. (Its like riding on the back of a tiger into the eye of a tornado) Anyway its something like that and I just couldnt explain what its like by normal means. Needless to say this movie will..BLOW..YOU..AWAY.
I dont care how powerfull kenshin is in samurai x, Not even He could beat Afro Samurai.Now that I am done ranting on about all of this, Lemme,Brake it down for you.

Anime Artistic Style:Its easy to say that a anime has a great artistic style. However Almost every single anime has the same art style.Petit princess Yucie and Card captors have few diffarences. Almost every anime uses the same kind of art style and this is where Afro Samurai is one of the few,The proud the GREAT anime that sets its self apart from the other. Sure there are maybe a few others that may look like it but its uniqe to almost all other anime.

Music Style: Like I said before homie,Its hip hop yo..um...g,...ok that was really lame. Anyway the music is, Well im not sure I wasnt paying attention too much but it goes very well with this anime and for some reason I really like the ending theam. Like I said above its 125 minutes but this afro samurai isnt actually a movie its more like four episodes in one disk that I guess could make a moive, If you really want to call it that anyway.

Action:I dont care how great Kenshin is in samurai X,Sure I never seen it but I dont care. Afro samurai is the greatest anime samurai ever. With that said Its really awsome. From the very beginning to the end its almost all non stop action and each fight or battle is completely diffarant than the others. It is very well played out and the Sheer Entertainment of it is really great.

Length:Its stated above that it is 125 minutes. This is not a movie. I hate to say it but it is not. Its four...count them a 4 EPISODE anime. Why? Becuse every half an hour we see ending credits. That makes it an anime series. Each episode without a name. When we go to the movie's we dont see ending credits in the middle of a movie. Therefor its not a movie and its an anime series without names to each episode. THERE...I said it now shut up and dont argue with me or ill tell afro samurai you said things about his father.

Dialog:I dont have anything against it. I think its great and if you dont want anything cut out of it than you should get the directors cut that has nothing cut out of it. The Script is very well planned and written. I like it and thats just all there really can be said right now.

Entertainment:The Sheer Entertainment of this Anime series is beyond anything of your normal anime. Watch it or you will go to hell when you die....ok im only kidding. However if you liked samurai champloo and elfen lied than you will "LOVE" this four part anime series. I am not saying its anything "Like" Samurai champloo other than the whole Samurai hip-hop music and gangster talking thing but you GOTTA SEE IT...especially if you loved anime like elfen lied and samurai champloo.

Characters:There is nothing wrong with them,Actually I think that every single last character can be loved by someone. Its really hard to hate anyone in this anime really. I like how they are drawn and their voices match their personality's and their character styles as well. I like them all and so should you.


OVERALL RATING: Oh my god wait for it! I cant believe im going to do this, Its been a very very long time, Ok get ready for it.

The only problem I had with it was he seemed to act like he was really cool when it seemed like he was just ignoring everything.

But you gotta look at it that's like every movie with a samurai type character in it. I mean look at the opening scene of Ninja Scroll, the guy never stops eating his rice ball. He didn't give a sh1t they got in his way they had to go.

After the first movie when he killed Justice he didn't want to kill people anymore he has reached his goal. Even more when he met the friends and family of the people he killed on his way to get the 2nd headband to kill Justice. At the end of the 2nd movie he learned that he has to be the one to bare the curse of the #1 so no one else has to.

haha that's just part of samurai culture to act like that. way back when, it was okay for a samurai to chop a peasant in half just to see if his sword was sharp enough. the only thing is that the code of bushido was against it. it was permissible but not beneficial...

I like Samuel Jackson but I really don't like this series
