In other news, we're now hiring once again. We have been understaffed lately, due to all the videos that are being removed. The requirements are the same as last time, and I'll re-post it for those who are not familliar with it:

• Seed Managers - basically the maintenance crew. They fix broken episodes, add new episodes and/or moderate the site.

• Basic Requirements:
  
  * At least 15 years of age.
  * 3 months of registration.
  * At least 10 posts
  * Have basic understanding of anime.
  * Active 10+ hours a week.
  * Lots of patience.
  * Good Internet communication skills.
  * Getting IRC. We use IRC for meetings, site stuff, and training of new recruits. If you don't have this, you aren't getting hired. You do not have to be on it all the time, but you must be on it for training and staff meetings.
  * Serious applicants only!

Advanced Requirements (For Promotion to Seed Supervisor):

* At least 16 years of age.
* 8 months of registration.
* 4 months of being a Seed Manager
* Must moderate the forums.
* At least 200 posts.
* Active 15+ hours a week.
* Have a good understanding of anime.
* Being able to navigate the website very well.
* Ability to be (act) mature.
* You must use IRC more often.
* You may not get promoted even if you meet these requirements. Riotblade and the other Seed Supervisors will have a meeting regarding your promotion.

*All tasks related to video and information have been merged into the Seed Manager position.

Hey there >.> I'd like to have the ability to prevent spam, trolling, advertising, and other such offenses. I promise not to ban dusties even tho he pisses me off .. a lot. I figure I've been slacking around here for too long so I'll do my share of fixing and if I get seed manager maybe you can let me work a bit on descriptions? Some are translated like crap and most animes don't have updated ones... As I like to just browse the list when i don't trust the random button .. i think it's a good thing to make proper descriptions that don't spoil the fun yet captivate the person reading o.o Of course i'd have to not be lazy about it xD but just pick me and we'll see how it works out lol. I'm 21 .. I can be mature about the mod powers and heck 15 hours a week? That's what i spend on AS in 2 days xD. well .. yeah .. I'll wait for a reply or something :p

I want to apply as a seed manager.

Im 18 years old and live in europe. I will be done with school this summer, so have exams and a project comming up soon.
Im expecting a to take a year off before continueing with an education, so ill have some spare time.
I spent almost all my time at a computer, even at school, and im learning some basic programming atm.

I haven't tried something like this before, but i thought ill give it a try. With a little learning it might work out.

because pure designing pictures won't make a full forum skin.
